Tonight I was given the opportunity to go to an advanced screening of Mr. Popper’s Penguins. My good friend Stacey of the blog Tree, Root & Twig was able to get several reserved seats for the advanced screening (it doesn’t open for real until this weekend) and I was lucky enough to score some for my family.
We left the baby at home with a sitter (it is his bedtime anyway!) and we took A and B with us. We had a great time. Other than my 4yo being way too loud in general, we loved the movie. I was worried about exposing my kids to Jim Carrey being…well TOO Jim Carrey, but it never went over the top. It was funny, cute, and very entertaining.
